Refund Eligibility
At FirstFront IT Services, we are committed to providing exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of initial service activation
- The service must not have been extensively used or customised
- All refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- Cancellations can be made at any time before the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
- Service access continues until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription services:
- Full refunds are available within the first 30 days
- Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after 30 days
- Custom implementations and integrations are non-refundable after development begins
Custom Development
For custom development and implementation services:
- Refunds are evaluated based on project milestones and deliverables
- Work completed and delivered is non-refundable
- Cancellations must be requested in writing
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees and implementation costs
- Third-party integration costs
- Custom training sessions that have been delivered
- Data migration services that have been completed
