FirstFront IT Services OPC Pvt Ltd builds the compliance layer and the AI layer that professional practices run on — intake, audit trails, call handling and workflow automation — and we own the whole stack underneath it.
How we got here
The problem
Practices were spending weeks assembling compliance evidence nobody would look at until a regulator or a client asked — while missing the phone calls that actually paid for the year.
The platform
We built one stack that runs both. Intake, document chase, immutable audit trail, voice, messaging, AI employees and workflow automation, on infrastructure we own.
Today
We ship as FirstFront IT Services OPC Pvt Ltd to professional practices across six regions, with one price list, one set of terms and one platform to support.
What we believe
Four things we will not trade away, whatever the deal looks like.
We do not sell compliance
No software makes a firm compliant, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do is remove the weeks of manual reconstruction and make the evidence exist when someone asks for it. Where that limit sits, we tell you before you buy rather than after.
Your data is yours
You own it, we process it on your instructions, we never train models on it, and we delete it within 30 days of you leaving. That is written into the terms, not a promise on a marketing page.
We are a supplier, not a supervisor
If you deploy AI into a regulated practice, supervision stays with your COLP and your supervising solicitors. No contract with us transfers that duty, and we will not let anyone believe it does.
One price, six regions
The number does not change when you change your currency symbol. What you sign in London, Dublin, New York, Toronto, Sydney or Auckland is the same agreement.
The honest limits
We are a supplier of software and automation. We are not a regulated adviser, we do not know which regulators apply to your firm, and we do not make compliance judgements on your behalf.
If you are regulated by the FCA, the SRA, a EU Member State authority, the SEC or FINRA, a Canadian securities regulator, ASIC, a US state regulator, or any other body, obtaining the right approvals and maintaining the right governance is your obligation, not ours. That is not a disclaimer we wrote to protect ourselves — it is where the responsibility genuinely sits.
