Our Story
FirstFront was founded on 7th July 2020 with a simple vision — make enterprise-grade technology accessible to businesses of all sizes. What started as a bold idea over a late-night conversation about how broken compliance workflows were for small and mid-size practices quickly became something bigger.
We saw the same pattern everywhere: HR consultancies drowning in spreadsheets, insurance brokers chasing clients through voicemail tag, probate firms buried in paper. The tools existed to fix it, but they were either too expensive, too complex, or built for enterprises with entire IT departments.
So we built FirstFront. What began as a compliance automation tool evolved into a full AI infrastructure platform — handling intake, document collection, compliance auditing, client communication, and workflow orchestration in one place.
